The digital loyalty card for your bakery

Your customers walk by every day, but they also walk past two other bakeries on the way. The digital stamp card gives them a reason to push your door rather than another, without slowing down your till.

You already know the problem with paper cards

You have probably tried paper stamp cards: batches to reprint, customers who forget them, stamps given "just this once" without the card, and a few cards that came back mysteriously full within two days. The idea is good: a free baguette or sandwich after ten visits really does bring people back. It is the medium that fails.

The digital version keeps the idea and removes the problems: the card lives on your customer's phone (which they always have at 7am), stamps are validated with a scan, and an anti-abuse cooldown prevents stamping ten times in the same hour. Above all, it is built for your number one constraint: the rush. The QR code sits next to the till and the customer scans it themselves, while you hand change to the next person.

How it works in your bakery

  1. 1. Create your card in 5 minutes

For example: 10 visits = a free traditional baguette, or a free coffee with the lunch deal. You set the rules and the colors.

  2. 2. Your customers join with one scan

The sign-up QR code is displayed in the window or at the till. One scan on the first visit and the card is on their phone, nothing to download.

  3. 3. The customer scans, you keep serving

The checkout QR code stays on display. Customers scan it themselves and the stamp is added automatically. Zero seconds lost for you, even at 8am.

Frequently asked questions

Won't scanning slow down the morning queue?

No: in checkout mode, you display your QR code next to the till and the customer scans it while you serve the next person. The stamp is added automatically, you have nothing to do.

Can a customer stamp several times in the same day?

You set a minimum delay between two stamps (a few hours for example). The system enforces it automatically: it is impossible to fill a card by scanning ten times in a row.

Will my older or rushed customers actually use it?

Signing up takes a single scan, with no app to download and no complicated account to create. And for customers who prefer paper, nothing stops you from keeping both systems during a transition period.
